Save the image as craig-bdgiacfhhjkodfgk.jpg or whatever name you want for this Display Picture.
Start up MSN Messenger
Click on Tools Option => Change Display Picture in the main menu of MSN Messenger.
Click Browse
Locate the MSN Display Picture image you save in step 2.
Click OK to complete MSN Display Picture installation.

We advise to use "msn-display-pictures/music/craig-david" directory Structure for easy browsing later on
